The District Council of Texas and Mid-South – Ironworkers Union
We developed three sets of marketing collateral to reach different target audiences; Apprentice and Journeyman campaigns were recruitment efforts, while a B2B outreach to Signatory Contractors was developed to increase the market share of new jobs. The integrated marketing collateral each had its own messaging and original photography, with the overall brand focused on bringing new relevance to the union story, rebuilding its market share and recruiting a new generation of iron workers.
