We developed this promotional video using original photography of Montecito Property Company’s high-end homes and condominiums. Our services included photography, photo retouch, and video editing. This video was part of a campaign that included original photography, brochure collateral, TV and radio spots, and several promotional videos.

Montecito Property Company acquires and restyles condominium properties nationally, including locations in Florida, Arizona, and California. Through this campaign we drove brand awareness and resulted in several multi-million dollar sellouts.
